NCEMSF will have exclusive use of the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge Hotel for the conference weekend. Additional overflow lodging was established at the Marriott Fairfield Inn, which shares a parking lot with the Crowne Plaza.

Both the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge and the Marriott Fairfield Inn are essentially filled to capacity. A couple of rooms remain available at each but they may be obtained only by contacting the hotels directly: Crowne Plaza @ 610-265-7500 or Fairfield Inn @ 610-337-0700. If you have not already reserved lodging for the 2008 Conference in Philadelphia, please contact one of the hotels and reference the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation when booking. Special conference rates are no longer guaranteed and be aware that you may be referred to a third hotel in the area if no rooms are available. If the latter occurs or you experience any difficulty securing conference lodging, please notify conf2008@ncemsf.org immediately so that we may try our best to assist you.

Both the Crowne Plaza and the Fairfield Inn offer complimentary high speed internet access, both wired and wireless. Both are completely smoke-free. Free parking (can easily accommodate vans, ambulances, and SUVs) is available on site.
