Activities for the conference will begin on Friday, February 29 at 5pm when on-site conference check-in opens. Check-in will be available until 10pm on Friday. The skills competition starts at 6pm on a first-come-first-served basis. A welcome social (light snacks, mingling) will run from 8pm to midnight.
Saturday's activities will begin with a complimentary continental breakfast and late conference check-in. Lectures will begin at 8am and will run through 6:30pm. Current students interested in presenting a session should apply for a spot in the Vomacka Student Speaker Competition. There will be a one-hour lunch break, which should be enough time to visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance in the mall complex. Also running throughout the day on Saturday will be the Tradeshow and Recruitment Fair.
A free continental breakfast will also be offered on Sunday. Lectures on Sunday will begin at 8:30am and will run through 1pm.

NEW! we will offer the BASIC DISASTER LIFE SUPPORT (BDLS) course as an extension of our 2008 Conference. David Jaslow, MD, MPH, FAAEM, Director of the Division of EMS and Disaster Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and the NAEMT Key Note Lecturer at the 2008 NCEMSF Conference, will be coordinating the course that will run Sunday from 8AM to 4PM. The additional cost per course participant is $50 and includes books, hands-on workshop materials, and lunch. Space is limited so please pre-register online by February 27, 2008. Payment in the form of cash, check or credit card is due upon conference check-in in Philadelphia.
