From the Airport
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is located just 27 miles from the
conference host facility. Several companies provide shuttle service
from the airport to the host facility.
Prices vary and reservations
are strongly encouraged, if not required, in order to secure the best
available rates. Please plan accordingly as mass transit is both
complex and time consuming and a one-way taxi ride is expensive ($60),
although comparable if split between four people. Larger groups
especially will benefit by planning in advance as significant savings
can be arranged. For those traveling solo or in small groups,
consider organizing rides with others through Facebook.
Tropiano Transportation (215-616-5370/800-559-2040): $23 one-way/$40
round trip cash prices (must book in advance for round trip fares; add $5 for all
credit card purchases; prices include taxes, fuel surcharges and
gratuity). For larger groups, a 10-passenger van is $108.80 one-way
($11 per person). Reference 'NCEMSF' when making reservations.
Other local transportation companies: Eagle Transportation (800-669-5460); King Limousine
