Activities for the conference will begin on Friday, February 27 at 5pm when on-site conference check-in opens. Check-in will be available until 10pm on Friday. The skills competition starts at 6pm on a first-come-first-served basis. A welcome social with DJ and music (light snacks, mingling) will run from 8pm to midnight.

Saturday's activities will begin with a complimentary continental breakfast and late conference check-in. Lectures will begin at 8am and will run through 6:30pm. There will be a one-hour lunch break, which should be enough time to visit one of the many restaurants within Crystal City Shops complex. Also running throughout the day on Saturday will be the Tradeshow and Recruitment Fair.

A free continental breakfast will also be offered on Sunday. Lectures on Sunday will begin at 8:00am and will run through 1pm.
