Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located just 1 mile from the conference host facility. The hotel offers free shuttle service to this airport. Both the Reagan airport and the hotel are conveniently located at subway stops. Alternatively, a one-way taxi ride should cost about $7.

Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) is 28 miles from the hotel. A one-way taxi fare to the hotel is about $45. A lower cost option is the Washington Flyer coach service, which runs every 30 minutes from the Dulles Airport to the West Falls Church Metro station for $10 one-way or $18 round trip. From West Falls Church, it's a 30-minute ride on the Metro subway ($3.20 fare) to Crystal City.
