EMERGENCY, CALL 911 !!!! is heard every day in the US. When people need help, they know where to call. At college campuses everywhere, students, faculty, administration workers, and staff employees make the same call. But there's quite a difference when the college or university has its own campus-based emergency medical services unit.

Students trained in emergency medical procedures respond. Not only will they respond to life threatening emergencies, offering first aid or advanced life support, they also work within their collegiate communities teaching others everything from minor First Aid to CPR.

Many of these students find the gratification and excitement of helping others in these campus-based organizations so rewarding, they continue in the medical field becoming doctors, nurses, or other desperately needed health care workers.

Founded in 1994, NCEMSF, a 501 (c) (3) organization, works with campus-based EMS units, individual members, and corporate sponsors such as yourself to support, promote, and advocate emergency medical services on college and university campuses.

To continue this work, the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation needs your help.
