You can use this utility to add your group to the NCEMSF schools database. You'll be asked to provide detailed information about your campus EMS organization. If you don't have the information requested, simply leave the field blank and update it later. PLEASE DO NOT use "n/a" or "none" unless that is a specified allowable value. Use only numbers for numeric fields such as "number of vehicles" and "year founded." Only campus-based EMS organizations should be entered into this database.
Before you get started adding your group, please make sure your organization isn't already listed reviewing the list of schools by state or name.

here. Please DO NOT use this page to add a new record if your group already exists in our database. For data integrity reasons, we will erase any subsequent duplicate records, leaving the original one intact.
The process of adding a new group involves six steps. Don't worry, each step is saved along the way. Following the first step, you will be provided with a special access code. Please put this access code in an easy-to-find location. It will be your key to access the system in the future to update your information. If you get an EMS call in the middle of entering the info and have to logoff, you can pick up where you left off by choosing "edit" and using your access code.
