A Working Diagnosis from Afar: Mechanism of Injury Revisited

Often, clues to injuries can be found by looking at the situation and evidence surrounding the patient. Although determining mechanism of injury can be controversial, it remains a valuable and useful tool in determining patient injuries. This program will review motor vehicle crashes, falls, penetrating wounds and other traumatic injuries to demonstrate what physical indications can and cannot be used in your diagnostic decision making.
