Dear ,

Happy New Year!

Join your fellow collegiate EMS providers from across North America for the 31st Annual NCEMSF Conference, February 23-25 in Baltimore, MD.

The 2024 NCEMSF Conference Web site and registration utility are awaiting your visit. Register today to secure the lowest possible rates at: https://www.ncemsf.org/conference

Notes regarding the conference:

The only way to register for the 31st Annual Conference is online. Conference Fees and Policies are detailed on the Conference Fees and Policies page — please read these carefully before registering. Register and pay early to lock in the lowest rates for what is already the most affordable EMS education experience. Early registration ends this Friday, January 5, 2024.

More information about the conference schedule, fees, travel arrangements, skills competitions, and Vomacka Student Speaker Competition is online and will be updated as the conference approaches. You can also start planning out activities in Charm City using this resource guide produced by Visit Baltimore.

As a reminder, conference registration fees do not include transportation, parking, or lodging. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the host facility, the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott Hotel, in order to gain the most from the conference experience. Check the Conference Host Facility section for information on booking your hotel room and reserve your room early. The conference rate of $175 (plus taxes) per night is guaranteed only through January 24, 2024.

Conference abstracts continue to be accepted on a rolling basis with only a few availabilities remaining. Additionally, through the Journal of Collegiate EMS (JCEMS), NCEMSF will be hosting the 7th Annual Academic Poster Session. Submission details can be found online, and abstracts and supporting materials are due Friday

We are also still accepting applications for the Conference Scholarship Program/New Group Initiative (deadline also this Friday).

Begin planning for an amazing weekend of EMS education and networking. We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore in February.

Be safe and well,

NCEMSF
