NCEMSF Overflow Hotel Room Information

At this time, the host hotel for our annual Conference is at or near capacity. Please note that NCEMSF's special hotel rate is only guaranteed as long as the hotel had available rooms. We are currently collecting information on groups who need additional accommodations. We will use this data to help determine if an overflow block can be arranged. Overflow hotel availability is not guaranteed, and rates and amenities may differ from the host hotel. That said, NCEMSF strongly encourages all attendees to stay at either the host hotel or one of our contracted overflow blocks (if used) to get the most out of the Conference experience. Once you have completed the form, a member of our staff will be in contact with you. Please allow at least three business days for us to confirm arrangements or provide a status update.
