While we have learned that medical errors are not killing 1/3rd the population like the media would have us all believe, it's a topic that is still cause for concern in EMS. This lecture will review past practice and how to shift towards a Just Culture in your EMS agency so that providers can learn from the mistakes of themselves and others and ultimately save more patients.
