Leading Through Mentorship: A Collaborative Leadership Approach at College Age

College is an exciting time! But leading a group of 18-22 year old peers in the execution of high-quality emergency medicine can be daunting. This session will take an interactive lecture view of how young leaders can utilize mentorship to develop a collaborative approach in leading their EMS organization.
