Dear ,
We hope you have been having an enjoyable winter break!
Join your fellow collegiate EMS providers from across North America for the 33nd Annual NCEMSF Conference, February 20-22 in Arlington, VA.
The 2026 NCEMSF Conference Web site and registration utility are awaiting your visit. Register today to secure the lowest possible rates at: https://www.ncemsf.org/conference
Notes regarding the conference:
The only way to register for the NCEMSF Conference is online. Conference Fees and Policies are detailed on the Conference Fees and Policies page — please read these carefully before registering. Register and pay early to lock in the lowest rates for what is already the most affordable EMS education experience. Early registration ends this Friday, January 2, 2026. After Friday, rates rise to $135 per person (individual registrations or Tokens).
More information about the conference schedule, fees, and travel is online and will be updated as the conference approaches.
As a reminder, conference registration fees do not include transportation, parking, or lodging. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the host facility, the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington, DC - Crystal City Hotel, in order to gain the most from the conference experience. Check the Conference Host Facility section for information on booking your hotel room and reserve your room early. The conference rate of $169 (plus taxes and fees) per night is guaranteed only through January 16, 2026, pending availability. Our host hotels have sold out the last several years, so be sure to book now to secure your room!
We are currently accepting applications for the Conference Scholarship Program/New Group Initiative (deadline January 16th). If your group is new to NCEMSF, has not attended our conference in the last several years, or is experiencing a unique financial hardship, please submit an application for this program, which aims to defray a portion of the costs of attending the Conference for eligible squads.
We are also still accepting applications for both the Vomacka Student Speaker Competition and the JCEMS Academic Poster Session through January 16th. Current students are encouraged to submit for one or both programs to highlight your achievements and those of your school.
Begin planning for an amazing weekend of EMS education and networking. We look forward to seeing you in Arlington in February.
Have a safe and happy new year!
