Dear ,
Conference registration is booming! We look forward to greeting so many from across North America in Baltimore later this winter for our 31st annual conference. The host hotel (the Marriott Waterfront) is currently sold out. If your group has not yet booked rooms, please email confinfo@ncemsf.org and we will assist you with securing negotiated overflow options offering local hotel rooms at rates similarly discounted below market value. In your email, please include the number of rooms desired. NCEMSF strongly recommends staying at the host or one of our designated overflow hotels to get the most out of the conference experience. Please contact us before seeking other options. Check the Conference 2024 Host Facility page for information on booking your hotel room and reserve your room in Baltimore today!
In addition, we wanted to remind you of the following upcoming deadlines and conference offerings:

The competition is judged on the quality of the speaker's submission as well as the presentation itself. Specific submission criteria may be found on our website. The deadline is January 31. The Conference program will be finalized shortly thereafter.
