NCEMSF

Dear ,

The 31st Annual NCEMSF Conference is under three weeks away! Join the over 1000 campus EMS providers already slated to attend the conference in Baltimore, February 23-25. As a reminder the only way to register for the conference is online. Conference fees and payment policies are detailed on the conference website - please read these policies carefully before registering. REGULAR REGISTRATION ENDS FEBRUARY 16!

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

With anticipated near record attendance, the NCEMSF room block at the Marriott Waterfront has hovered at capacity for the last number of days. We have added rooms as able. If you have not yet secured your room(s) for the weekend, the conference negotiated room rate, pending actual room availability, will expire this Friday, at which point, regardless of availability, market rates will apply. Attendees are strongly encouraged to try to stay at the host facility. Please first check our Conference website to see if rooms are available at the Marriott. If the Marriott shows no availability within the NCEMSF block, please email confinfo@ncemsf.org and we will assist you in booking into one of our local walking distance overflow hotel blocks at a comparable rate. When contacting us, please include the number of rooms needed and the dates you plan to stay. We encourage you not to book outside of NCEMSF and to let us help you obtain afforadable lodging.
