Paul Stromme, NCEMSF Skills Classic Co-Coordinator, has been involved with campus EMS for over two decades. In 2003, he joined the University of Windsor Emergency Response Team (UWERT) as a responder. During his time at UWERT, Paul held many positions, including Crew Chief, Supervisor and Operations Manager. He presently serves as a Professional Advisor - a role he has held since 2007. Paul graduated from St. Clair College after completing the Primary Care Paramedic Program. Subsequently, he received his Advanced Care Paramedic certificate from Georgian College and Flight Paramedic designation from the ORNGE Academy of Transport Medicine. Paul holds an Executive Diploma in Municipal Management from the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario and a Bachelor of Health Science in Paramedicine from Victoria University. Paul has been actively employed with Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services since 2007, where he presently serves as a District Chief.
