HAPPY 26th ANNUAL COLLEGIATE EMS WEEK
Welcome to NCEMSF Collegiate EMS Week, which has now been celebrated on college campuses across North America for over a quarter-century! Modeled after National EMS Week (which celebrated its 50th anniverary this past May), Collegiate EMS Week celebrates campus based EMS and it starts today with National Collegiate CPR Day. The goal is to have as many college students as possible educated in the basic principles of CPR on a single day.
You can learn more about both of these exciting programs and gain access to numerous resources to help you have a successful EMS Week and CPR Day by visiting the EMS Week and CPR Day pages on our website. Each page also links to an event-specific packet with additional information.
Let NCEMSF know how you mark the week on your campus! Tag NCEMSF in your social media posts and send photographs and write-ups to emsweek@ncemsf.org. You may also plan to join our Collegiate EMS Week Virtual Debrief and Chat with our regional coordinator network on Thursday, November 21st from 8-10PM ET. We invite collegiate EMS organizations to share stories about their events held on campus and discuss challenges experienced. Register online via Microsoft Teams.
We would also like to remind you of our upcoming 32nd Annual National Conference in Pittsburgh, PA this winter February 21-23, 2025. Hotel registration is now available and conference registration will open December 1. The NCEMSF contracted hotel room rate of $165/night plus applicable taxes and fees is available through January 16, 2025, while supplies last, so be sure to reserve now to lock in this deal as well as ensure lodging at our main host facility.
