Conference fees and payment policies are detailed on the conference website - please read these policies carefully before registering. The deadline to request refunds for individual registrations paid via credit card, check, or PO is Wednesday, January 22. Regular registration ends February 14.
NCEMF AWARDS:
We are also pleased to introduce our new NCEMSF MERIT (Modeling Excellence in Response, Innovation, and Training) Recognition Program! This addition to our self-evaluative programs recognizes collegiate EMS organizations that adhere to the highest standards of operational excellence, clinical care, training, safety, and community engagement. This new program will replace Striving for Excellence (SFE), NCEMSF's original self-evaluative program. For the 2025 Conference, we will continue to accept new SFE applications in addition to MERIT, however beginning in 2026 schools interested in SFE (including renewals) should apply for the MERIT Recognition Program instead. The deadline for all awards program submissions is February 7.
ADDITIONAL DEADLINES:
The deadline for the Conference Scholarship Program/New Group Initiative is also this Thursday, January 16. Decisions will be made shortly thereafter. The deadline for the JCEMS Academic Poster Session is this Friday, January 17.
More information about the conference schedule including Stryker EMS Skills Classic and Vomacka Student Speaker Competition is available online.
