Evan A. FormosaEvan Formosa, NCEMSF Canada Regional Coordinator, began his collegiate emergency medical response career in 2011 as a responder with the Western University Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) in London, Ontario, Canada. In 2013, Evan took on the role of Training Coordinator and in 2014 he became the Executive Director where he implemented new symptom relief medication and added emergency vehicle lighting to SERT’s response vehicle. Evan is a Canadian Red Cross Advanced Emergency Care Instructor and currently trains new SERT members as well as provides first aid and CPR training to the public. Evan graduated from Western University with a degree in Physiology and a Masters in Clinical Anatomy. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College in 2021. Evan is currently completing his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Sk, Canada.
