Dear ,
Join your fellow collegiate EMS providers from across North America for the 33rd Annual NCEMSF Conference February 20-22, 2026 in Arlington, VA. Since 1994, NCEMSF has been providing a high-quality, affordable educational and networking experience for Collegiate EMTs, advisors, medical directors, and other EMS professionals, and we look forward to you joining us this coming year.
The 2026 NCEMSF Conference website and registration utility are now active. Register today at https://www.ncemsf.org/conference/conference/how-to-register.
Your NCEMSF username is: . Passwords can be reset using the Forgot Login link below any logon form on the website.
REGISTRATION: The only way to register for the NCEMSF Conference is online. Conference fees and payment policies are detailed on the conference Web site - please read these policies carefully before registering. Rates are based on time of registration. For groups purchasing registrations using purchase orders, institutional checks, or purchasing cards, please be sure to review our FAQ and fees and policies pages to ensure a smooth registration process. Information that may be required by your school's purchasing department can be found on our Tax Forms page. Register and pay early to lock in the lowest rates for what is already the most affordable EMS education experience. Early registration ends January 2nd.
Squad leaders/advisors, please make sure you can access your group's Institutional website account, especially if you intend to purchase bulk registration tokens (useful if you know you will be attending with a set number of attendees, but are not yet certain who specifically; note though that tokens are non-refundable). Institutional accounts will also be needed this year for Skills Classic registration and certain award submissions. If you need assistance finding or accessing your account, please contact your Regional Coordinator or email webmaster@ncemsf.org.
We are also pleased to offer a variety of Pre-Conference Tours and Workshops for those arriving early on Friday, February 20th. Separate registration and additional fees apply, all sessions have a limited capacity, and you must already be registered for the Conference to sign up for any of the Pre-Conference Activities. Based on interest from attendees and the availability of tour hosts and workshop instructors, additional options may be added at a later date.
TRANSPORTATION / LODGING: Registration fees do not include transportation, parking, or lodging. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the host facility, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington, DC-Crystal City, in order to gain the most from the conference experience. See the Conference webpage for information on booking your hotel room and reserve your room early. The conference rate of $169 per room per night (plus taxes and fees) is guaranteed only through January 16th, pending room availability. The host facility offers a complimentary airport shuttle to Washington National Airport (DCA) as detailed on the hotel website, and is also accessible from the WMATA Blue and Yellow lines.
CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS: Speaker submissions are still being accepted. Interested speakers may submit their session proposals online. The initial review is underway so submit soon if you would like to be considered. Vomacka Student Speaker Competition applications and JCEMS Academic Poster Session abstracts are due by January 16th.
CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: We are accepting applications for our Conference Scholarship Program/New Group Initiative, which assists groups new to our Conference or groups experiencing a unique financial hardship by defraying a portion of the costs of Conference attendance. Applications are due by January 16th, and more information is available online.
SKILLS CLASSIC: The EMS Skills Classic sign-up and payment process is also available online. Early Skills Classic Sign-Up is still just $10 per team, payable via card only through January 30th via your group's Institutional website account. After that date, sign-up fees rise to $15. On-site sign-up will be available as space permits. We encourage every school/squad in attendance to participate in this fun-filled event.
AWARDS AND PROGRAMS: Don't forget about the NCEMSF annual awards and self-evaluative programs! Awards are offered for both individuals and squads via our new online forms. NCEMSF's self-evaluative programs (MERIT Recognition, HEARTSafe Campus, and the recently-updated EMS Ready Campus) will still be submitted via email as detailed on each program's page. We also invite groups to notify us of any CPR Saves so we can properly recognize your providers. NCEMSF is also pleased to continue the NCEMSF Best Practice competition and Conference session at this year's event in Arlington. Nominations or applications for all are due no later than January 30th. Check out the program-specific pages on our website for requirements and submission guidance.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: More information about the conference schedule, fees, and travel arrangements is available online. Many sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities exist as well. See the sponsors section of the website for more information.
Good luck with final exams, have a safe winter break, and see you in Arlington!
