Tim McMichael, NCEMSF Information Technologist, is a 2001 graduate of Juniata College with a BS in Information Technology and Systems. He is employed by Microsoft Corporation as a Support Escalation Engineer working on the Exchange Server product. He became an EMT in 1999.
