Do you have an ideal model or successful initiative, unique to your EMS organization, that is worthy of imitation? Showcase your best practice at the Annual NCEMSF Conference. Each submission will also be considered for presentation during the "NCEMSF Best Practice" session.

Best practices do not need to be scientific abstract or evidence-based, however, if you have supporting evidence, we encourage you to include it.

To submit, please complete the form below. Your abstract should be no more than 1625 characters (approximately 250 words).

If selected, you will have 10 minutes to present your idea and answer questions from a panel of experts. Convince your peers that your model/initiative is the best. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Winners will be listed in the NCEMSF Awards Hall-of-Fame.

Note that all presenters must already be registered for the NCEMSF Conference; complimentary registration for the current Conference will not be offered as a part of this program.

Submissions will be accepted until January 30, 2026. Applicants will be notified of their submission's status after that date. For questions, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
