Knowledge Base - Updating School Information

  1. Log in with your institutional username and password. Please see a the Determining Your Username knowledgebase article if the you do not know your school's login credentials.
  2. Once logged in, there are two options for updating information.
    • To update membership-related information:
      1. Under the Membership menu, click My Profile.
      2. On the page that appears, use the Edit button in the middle of the page to edit your information.
    • To update your Institutional Database Profile:
      1. Under the Resources menu, click Groups Listed by Region
      2. Click the link for your school's NCEMSF region.
      3. Find your group's listing among the other schools in your region.
      4. On the list of schools, there should be an Edit button next to your school's entry. Click it to edit your profile.
