Matt Ricci, NCEMSF Treasurer, was the Director of Operations for UMass Lowell EMS from 2007-2010. He currently works in technology for Alzheimer’s Clinical Trials, and formerly worked in Emergency Response Department for JetBlue Airways, and Business Continuity for a large Wall Street bank. Matt's work with technology streamlined campus EMS operations and has been used toward new solutions in the airline's response operations. Matt has an MPA in Emergency & Disaster Management and maintains his EMT-B Certification. Matt was previously the New York Regional Coordinator.
