From their vantage point -- the highest row in Beaver Stadium -- the three men in bright yellow vests have the best view of the entire arena, but they weren't there to witness Joe Paterno's 300th win. Instead, these emergency medical technicians (EMTs) scan the thousands of fans around them, looking for medical emergencies.
